AWR Solutions' main focus is web development. Now this doesn't mean that we don't create sites that look good too (see the next section), but we really focus on quality programming that's going to be bug free, efficient and present your information in a user-friendly manner.

What we do.
We mainly develop sites using open source tools, like PHP for programming, MySql for databases, Apache for webservers and Linux for hosting. This combination is the famous "LAMP" web hosting environment.

Why do we use Linux instead of Windows?
Cost effectiveness - It's cheaper to develop on Linux than it is with Windows.
Reliability - Did you know that there are more than double the number of websites hosted on Linux and Unix-type servers than Windows servers?
More features and simplicity - You can actually do more with a Linux/Apache webserver than you can with a Windows/IIS server and it's even easier and faster to develop on too.
