Website design goes hand-in-hand with website development. That's why AWR Solutions is such a good choice when it comes to picking a company to do you work for you. We do both, where some companies only do one or the other. OK, admittedly the programming and development piece is our specialty, but design is equally important and we understand that so we put a lot of focus on the design as well.

Standard compliance is sort of a "buzzword", but it is important. Technically, what it might mean is when you check your site it should show no validation errors. That is part of it, but in practice what it means is using modern design practices like cascading stylesheets (CSS) instead of using tables for layout purposes.

AWR Solutions creates all site designs using CSS, never using HTML tables for layout purposes. There are several advantages to this, including getting a better design, better for SEO purposes and a faster loading site. Be leary of any company that uses tables for layout elements, because that's 1990's technology. (Just view the source and look for lots of table, tr, and td tags.)

Can you do something really fancy?
Maybe; it depends on your needs. We don't do flash websites (read why in SEO), but if you're looking for something that might be just a little more edgy, we can probably do it. Whatever you decide to do, we always keep things like userability and navigation in mind.
